**Streamlined Task Lists with Enhanced Statuses** - New statuses: **Draft** and **Ready to Assign to Client** - Once drafted, the document is available to **Assign** to the client and can include a note - **Remind** function to easily send the client a notification reminding them of a pending task - When an offer is drafted and signed by the buyer, the buyer's agent now has a **Submit** option to send the offer to the listing agent and can include a note - **Message Center and Email Improvements** - When submitting an offer or when selecting the message icon, the client is directed to the enhanced message center - The new message center includes text formatting, hyperlinks, file/pic attachment, and the ability to CC and BCC additional recipients (these recipients can be email addresses outside of the deal) - **Amendment and Termination Notice Drafting Expansion** - Amendment and Termination Notice are now available in the Offer deal forms library at any time during the offer's life cycle - **Status Changes Availability** -
