• Streamlined Task Lists with Enhanced Statuses
  • New statuses: Draft and Ready to Assign to Client
  • Once drafted, the document is available to Assign to the client and can include a note
  • Remind function to easily send the client a notification reminding them of a pending task
  • When an offer is drafted and signed by the buyer, the buyer's agent now has a Submit option to send the offer to the listing agent and can include a note
    
    
• Message Center and Email Improvements
  • When submitting an offer or when selecting the message icon, the client is directed to the enhanced message center
  • The new message center includes text formatting, hyperlinks, file/pic attachment, and the ability to CC and BCC additional recipients (these recipients can be email addresses outside of the deal)
    
    
• Amendment and Termination Notice Drafting Expansion
