- Jointly now offers email templates! You can create and save email templates based on the deal type.
- Save and use email signatures in the templates.

- TCs can send emails on behalf of agents using the agent's templates.
- Email templates can be managed in your Profile settings.

- Our Smart Field technology is a big part of maximizing emails in Jointly — including email templates. To apply Smart Fields, select the lightning bolt icon at the bottom of the message tools.
Custom Documents
- Mapping with Smart Fields
- Custom documents can also use Smart Fields! Map and save a custom document with Smart Fields and reuse over and over without having to remap the document.
